VISION

We take a collaborative approach with our clients to develop the best possible layout, ensure value-driven equipment selection and produce detailed drawings and specifications that can be put out to bid to multiple equipment dealers, ensuring a competitive overall project cost.

EXPERIENCE

Our team members have worked in all facets of the foodservice industry, including positions as restaurant servers, cooks, dishwashers and baristas. An additional 25+ years spent managing projects for equipment dealers and serving as lead designers, with duties ranging from; training fellow designers, conceptual layout, utility rough-in plans, custom cabinet and stainless fabrication drawings, as well as complete support throughout construction have all contributed to our success in seeing our client's goals met from project inception to final completion.

education

With constant changes in building codes, sustainability initiatives and technology, both in foodservice equipment and in how drawings are prepared, education will always remain on-going for us. With an degree in interior design, Jill Bierman, company founder, pays special attention to how a commercial kitchen, especially one that's on display, needs to be an integral piece of the whole concept, not a dominant one, and makes it a priority to work with the owner, architect and/or interior designer of a project to make certain that all foodservice components compliment the entire space.
